Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy


We offer free/paid shipping for all orders to be delivered within India. We usually ship orders within 2-3 days through our registered & and reliable courier partners.
Delivery timelines are indicative and, on some occasions, there might be some delay due to unavoidable circumstances." If delivery or performance deadlines are not met for reasons beyond our control, such as force majeure or any other unforeseen event", that affects our component suppliers, the agreed deadlines shall be extended for a reasonable period. If there are multiple items, delivery might take some time.

Return Policy's Return Policy offers no return of goods once delivered. If return request is approved in any case, then the return will be processed only if:

  1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession

  2. The product is not different from what was shipped to you

  3. Product to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original labels and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

  4. Products must be returned within 05 days from the day of delivery.

  5. If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. Customer must take an unboxing video. The request will, however, be entertained once the we have checked and determined the same at own end. This should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products. 

To request a return, simply mail us on with your purchase details within Five (5) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email/message after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a return 

Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then:

the name of the customer must be the same as registered( account name and bank account name, Customer must send a cheque photo or passbook photo for a refund with Adhaar Card or PAN card.

If you are canceling the order before dispatching your order, the payment gateway charge 3% will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you are canceling the order after dispatching your order, the payment gateway charge 3% and courier charge (Forward + Return) will be deducted from your refund amount


Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Budhlada
