Sumitomo IMIDACEL Imidacloprid 17.8% SL, is a broad-spectrum systemic insecticide effective against aphids, whiteflies, jassids, thrips, BPH, termites, and hoppers. It can be applied as a spray, stem paint, drench, soil treatment, or irrigation application for long-lasting pest control in cotton, paddy, sugarcane, mango, and chilli crops.
Mode of Action:
Systemic nerve disruptor (Neonicotinoid)
Interferes with the nervous system of insects by binding to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, leading to paralysis and death.
Is absorbed by plant roots and translocated acropetally, ensuring long-lasting pest protection.
